McCormack & Associates is excited to offer a comprehensive training program that will TRANSFORM employees into “BANKERS!”  Staff members completing this special training will have a broad understanding of; employee roles and responsibilities, bank structure and regulations, overview of banking functions, products and services and their role in making the bank profitable.  This training is perfect for new employees and those wanting a better grasp on banking.
