Tina Returns from the Leadership-Focused Event with New Insights & Connections
Tina Knight represented MAi this past week. She attended the CBAO Horizon Bankers Annual Conference in Oklahoma. The event ran from July 9th to July 11th. It took place at the beautiful Shangri-La Resort on Grand Lake.
The conference is a prestigious annual event hosted by the CBAO’s Leadership Division. As a result, it offers attendees a wealth of resources and opportunities. It allows them to learn, grow, and connect in the banking industry.
Tina took part in leadership training sessions and engaged in discussions on the industry’s hot topics. In fact, these experiences allowed her to deepen her knowledge of the banking landscape. She gained new insights that she’s excited to share with the rest of the MAi team.
However, it wasn’t all work at the conference. Part of what makes the CBAO Horizon Bankers Conference so unique is its balance between professional development and casual networking opportunities. Overall, Tina found value in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It offered opportunities for her to network and build strong personal connections within our industry.
